What company does it say is shipping your UPS package? I received an email referencing JILCO as the company from which they are waiting for the package. I looked up JILCO on Google and the first thing that came up was a jewelry store?
Chess Up 2 board I coming out!

Don't have any reference to any company other than UPS in my email.

@Rsava Then I guess someone is sending me a present and I have no confirmation as of yet to my chessup2 board coming my way. I am sure by Friday I will get notified.
It said JILCO was the company sending the package. What I have no idea since I did not order anything from them.

@TundraMike - Mike, UPS just states that the label has been made, and no other info is available - so unfortunately, it does not state who the package is coming from.
UPS doesn’t have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package.
The last thing I got from BryghtLabs about 10 days ago came from Bryght Labs but that JILCO could be a fulfillment company. As Jeff posted in the Kickstarter comments - "We use 3rd party warehouses which can pick and pack thousands of orders at once."

Then it is probably my chessup2 board. Thanks, can't wait to get it.
That is the message I received from UPS after clicking through on "Track your package". But the email stated the following.

There are also other companies named JILCO besides the jewelry one.
That has to be it. Hopefully, I will be getting it by this Monday.
Just received an email minutes ago from their support when asking them about JILCO......
<<<I'm seeing the status is unfulfilled. Not us, you'll receive an automated email with tracking when your order is ready to ship.>>>

Just public service announcement - emails regarding ChessUp shipments come from either (1) playchessup.com (2) bryghtlabs.com. We own both of those domains. Bryght Labs Inc makes ChessUp smart boards.

Use caution around holidays with vague emails about "your shipment".
Real shipping emails include pertinent information like the company's name, your name, your order number. Stuff that only the merchant and you would know.

Thank You cosmoKJ. I of all people should have thought that it was a scam email, especially this time of the year.

My shipment just got updated (4-Dec) at UPS with a delivery date - Coming from Las Vegas to Central Florida, estimated delivery date of 11-Dec.

Got the package today, it was a reward sent from my spouse's employer. Good email, just not my chessup2. I still haven't heard from Bryght Labs that they have processed the order or created a label. On their website, they are stating if you order today you will get your unit from 12/7 to 12/11 which would mean they would process it and send it within 48 hrs to meet those delivery dates. I hope by Friday I hear from them that my order has a label at least.

They did ask me for my address, that was a while back. Maybe I will drop them a line if I do not get any confirmation by late tonight.
I must confess this is the first tangible item I am so excited over since my first wooden chess set back in 1962.

I got notification that a label had been created earlier today! I'm expecting something good to arrive early next week in the box it gets slapped on!

Hi Rsava, I messaged their support yesterday morning. Have heard nothing back. Still no signs of a label, pick-up, or delivery date.

Sorry to hear that. I think Veronica (Chessup support) is a bit overwhelmed right now. It may take a bit to get back to you.
Perhaps @cosmoKJ will swing by this topic and see your posts.

I just got a message from my brain that it doesn't want to wait any longer...
But if seriously, I was "promised " to receive the Chessup2 between December 4th - December 10th. Technically, there still is time to make it by the December 10th...
Also, don't forget that Christmas is getting closer and closer, and absolutely all companies that do logistics are super busy. I guess I would prefer for my Chessup2 to be mailed out a day or two later, then if it gets lost somewhere "on the route ", and gets stuck there for a while...
Also, I realized that I don't remember the last time ( if ever), when I had to wait for something that I want for sooooo looooong... It makes me want it more and more in geometric ( maybe it's called different in English) progression... I hope that it will make it to me before Christmas...
Got my shipment email ... still no delivery estimate but should be here by early next week.
Good thing I have Thursday and Friday off next week. Lots of time to test it out.
