New Square Off Kingdom Set not Connecting (software & firmware issue)

I recently purchased a brand new SquareOff Kingdom Set, but it won't even connect to the chessboard. Software is stalled in connecting... Here are the steps I took:
1) download squareOff software (Apple Store) on iPhone 11.
2) Installed the software completed successfully
3) login to Square off fine. Issue starts when trying to Connect to SquareOff Kingdom Set. It just stalls and never able to proceed any further.
4) I tried to work with Square Off customer support for over a Month. Lots of back and forth correspondence but not helpful. Customer support was not able to provide any real reason to what the cause is or what the possible resolution is.
Anyone else experience the similar issue? and what is the resolution on this issue?
