How can you decide true champion when you allow untrustworthy nameless potential cheaters to participate?

Honest players shoul just be warned that they will meet a lot of cheaters in this kind of tournaments...

They'll get detected by Chess.com and kicked out of the site. That's all.

That's definitely not enough. Your tournament will likely end before that happens. Moreover you carry out no control about returning cheaters who had been already banned, but sneaked back with new handles.

Do you realize your disservice to online chess community?

Isn't every tournament like this?

No, tournaments with some title at stake, or with a championship label attracts more the vermine.

Only 2 month member here so I don't understand what made such rookie like you feel competent to run so-called "1st Chess.com Championship" without previous research, because, fyi, your attempt wasn't "1st".

I suspect this is not just pure ignorance, but intentional misconduct.
