I have gone into vacay though I only have 2 days remaining. Hope for some clarity asap seems like quite a major glitch.
analysis glitch - what is going on? Moves not following order?

i'm not sure which of the following you already know:
1) An analysis has a pgn - click on the download button to see it. You can probably read it to see if it is correct or not. But if you cannot, please paste it here so that people can check it to see if it is ok or not. Or PM it to someone such as myself.
2) Trying a different computer might get you past this problem. A local library probably has a computer with internet access that you can use.
3) And the pgn will allow you to transfer your analysis from one computer to another. For example, you can copy/paste the pgn to an email, save the email as a draft (or send it to yourself), open the email in the 2nd computer, and, finally, do a second copy/paste to chess.com on the 2nd computer.

But just to be clear: You can use a 2nd computer without a pgn. Just login to chess.com on the 2nd computer and procede as you usually would. (i presume you already know this but it is better to be safe than sorry.)
hey @LiteDave, yep am familiar with PGNs and FENs and sharing games.
2. nah can only play on one pc this week. The app and browser on my phone still don't function "as they should" but it is a chinese company's phone so not highly relevant (in terms of market share) nah I won't be going to the library to play chess. I can save the analysis more manually or with help of an OCR I just found the whole situation quite worrying for the coding of chess.com.
3. becomes irrelevant due to 2.
I don't honestly know if it is still happening for anyone, I only have one or two games each day at the moment, but that fact that it could happen AT ALL is yeh, disturbing
I want to stress that it happened with ONE CLICK. I didn't change any other thing, clear the analysis, change the analysis or anything like that... it would go back and forth between these very side by side moves that were - well obviously not consecutive moves.
Anyway. Perhaps like someone said I was mentioning it in the completely wrong place. Shame someone wouldn't shift it in there or something though, I mean if they want to get the coding 100% infallible.
I'm a busy person and chess is one of my hobbies not one of my main priorities and I won't be spending any more time on it unless it happens again I guess.
It's not really up to rando members to have to fix the site and email support with their very rare linux + whatever problems.
They need a forum for glitches, and a forum within that just for analysis, and yeh some kind of way to eliminate the most problematic coding that is causing these undesirable scenarios.

You still need to check the pgn so you can see whether the position matches the pgn or not. That might not help much but it is a start.

Sounds like you have moved on from that and so you do not have that position at present and therefore cannot get the pgn. Oh well, ...
I don't know if it (the PGN) even matters now that I am not a paid member, but I might have been a paid member at the time of the glitch...

yes when I came back I chose a move, i had to come out of vacay pretty quick
I guess that that means I WAS a paid member at that moment or vacation would not have been an option
well, now that my analysis is the basic version... who would care xD but yeh once someone shouted me a sub.... so yeh, if that happens will do
I like to completely ditch my browser occasionally and reinstall it also, can't hurt... you just don't know what trackers and other malwares would attach themselves to amazon sw eh
This is so hard to deal with when I have just woken... should go into vacation and hope that chess.com can sort it out? Do I have to get out my travel chess set? ohhhhhhhhhhh...
