Have you seen the videos? Also, solar power is just as bad. The Solar Panels have very toxic chemicals in them. And in California Nuclear is not an option. Hydroelectric is ok but you need to manage to BUILD a Dam. Wind turbines are to difficult to repair and are HUGE. And Finally, you think drilling holes into the earth is a good idea? Sure we've already done it but WHY DO WE NEED TO DRILL ALMOST ALL THE WAY TO THE FREAKING MANTLE!?!
You know how long it would take to get members? And I'm already a member of 5 clubs. I tried creating a driving enthusiast/highway geek club, got 0 members. Regular forum viewer numbers are really exploding though, so let's hope this thread eventually overtakes all the heavily censored ones! Will invite more members..

My gas-fuel car has an 11 gallon (approximate--made in metric-system Japan) gas tank and gets 30 mpg, putting it in the middle of that range. Some gas fueled cars have better range, some less. Some EVs have better range, some less.

He blocked me 3 or 4 times by now, one time just for relaying a scientific post by another user he blocked. Feel free to destroy his claims in this thread (other users similar to him seem to not be able to help themselves but to lurk around this thread), so your points will be seen. Anyone can post as many times as they want about any topic they want (as long it doesn't violate main site TOS) and will never be blocked!
He couldn't even understand the difference between anti-matter power and perpetual motion machines. Earth orbiting the sun can be thought of as perpetual motion, but it's just that you cant extract energy from it indefinitely. (Actually its not really infinite anyway, all orbits in general relativity decay, no matter how stabke they initially are, due to gravitational radiation, after 10 ^ 150 years). He's obviously extremely mathematically inclined but has trouble with the finer points of net energy gain/loss and thermodynamics. I also have a whole great courses series on weather and I can say that some of the other people's comments about airflow and heat were totally wrong.

Well maybe you shouldn't waste your mind by spending it on insulting people.
Why am I not surprised that someone who is repeatedly blocked for trolling and raging on multiple threads would start a thread to rant away on so that other like himself can nod in approval and validate his sorry butt.
In case if anyone here is unfamiliar with this endgame cretin here's his life story.
He's 24 and has never worked and lives with his parents while they pay his bills including food and his car insurance. ( I'm sure the car he drives was given to him ). He claims thousands in the bank while refusing to pay his own way in life after five years of a free college education in a field he refuses to work in. He rants incessantly about people who work at jobs and make, as he claims, too much money. Which he further claims should be taken from them and forcefully given to their children until 30 years of age so life is easier for them. He claims working through school is illegal and child abuse. He wants schools to only teach STEM even though he took psychology. He rants about sports paying too much even though it's fans that pay their salary.
His overall view of life is that anyone who works at any job he disapproves of is stupid wasting their life, which is too hard for him to face.
So on his daddy's couch he stays, except when he joy rides in his car while waiting to pass a commercial drivers test that he failed because of anxiety issues as a teenager. His life goal is to drive a truck but insists colleges be forced to only teach science and engineering because anything else is bad for society.
There's more but you get the idea.
From an economical standpoint alone, renewable resources or nuclear energy SHOULD be better in the long run.
