Goodbye

Due to mental health problems and poor play, I feel that I must permanently retire from chess. This is not fun for me anymore; it never was. I loved winning -- that is what i liked (and gaining raitng). I cannot handle this cycle of love and hate for the game anymore. Thank you to all of my chess friends for chatting and playing with me, I will not forget you. Now, I will concentrate more on my schoolwork and spiritual life.

good bye fella, i hope things will go well for you. i dont know your age but "schoolwork" implies you are young.. also "spiritual life" implies that you are not that young.. probably around 16s
be more social, have friends, go out and see places.. live the life. these are good for recovering from depression. i assume you are suffering from it.. talk to people.. keep your body healthy, you'll be fine.

Chess is very intriguing, but it can also become very dangerous. You realized in time that this was happening, and you made a wise decision. The smartest one.
Good luck with everything.
