Can't Change the email

I am not sure, this problem is solved. I reported a bug  that my new email adress can't store in the  configuration and for that reason I don't receive a activation mail. AND I still  do not see the new adress, but the old one.
Now i am suddently a Diamond member without the activation problem. As you can see I can now write in the forumm what was before impossible. But what happens when I am back to a free membership?

Hmm. All members can write in the forum unless they have been muted.

I don't know why you haven't been able to successfully change your email. Did you look in your spam filter for the email confirmation?

I guess I would continue trying to reach support directly (not here).

I was not able to write in the forum, there was no button "new Topic" ; not sure how it called in English, Today is the first day I see this possibility.
Again, looking in the spam would not be helpful because I stll can see the old address and above in the message line told me it was send to the old adress, which was wrong and does not exists. But to answer your question , Yes, ofc, I checked the spam filter,
I just tried it again, no change of the email address.

Maybe you have a typo in the required password when changing the address it the two address fields didn't match?

If the passwords is wrong or if the two email addresses are not identical should not be a error message? Both of the addresses should be equal. I copy and paste the address, Sadly there is no button to make the password visible.

But instead of a error message comes this here:
To complete the process of changing your email, you must confirm you own this email address by clicking on a link within the email we've just sent you.Which looks to my innoncent eyes as a confirmation of the change. only they had been send a activation mail. And since I am currently a Diamond member it seems there is no need for activation.

I have the same problem. There is no mail for confirmation.

If you created your account through Facebook/Google/Apple integration, it won't have a password. You would need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu to request a password be added to the account

When you attempt to change, it doesn't fully happen until you verify the address. Check your Spam and Junk folders for a verification email

I checked that
