How many ALT accounts can you make? Is it allowed?

I have been seeing many people make alt accounts lately whether it is for a stream or a challenge, or just for fun, or something else. Is it allowed? and How many can someone make?

I think only titled players can make alt accounts, I'm not 100% sure though. 

I have seen regular members make them tho

u can open multiple. I have 2 alts. One was closed bcuz fia caught it and spammed report, @PerseusAgent, and another I closed bcuz I never logged on there. Keep a low profile if ur going to make an alt tho

The problem with alts is that u get so used to using ur main that u 4get that u have an alt
