If you're tilting, take a break from chess. Maybe watch some twitch or solve some puzzles. It's helped me before. Don't keep playing. You will keep tilting and you will get frustrated. Like said, take a break and come back to play tomorrow.
how to stop tilting

You need to change your mindset if you are on a tilt. Some people prefers taking a day off to rest, some people can take a few breaths , manage their composure then keep going.. But in both cases you need to stop what you are doing for awhile.

How about playing with longer time controls? Bullet and blitz games don't allow enough time to think and strategize, or see what tactics may be available. Try 30 minutes per side or even a day for each move. Your games should improve in my opinion.

As was said you should stop playing. You could be in a negative mindset. Your thoughts affect your emotions and your emotions affect your chess. Perhaps your are also fatigued.

I know a very nice blog from a top blogger about this topic here.

i get somewhat upset at times, but it helps to just have respect for others and say good game at the end regardless of outcome. The tilt is less extreme if you make someones day by being nice.
