I Need Advice

Hi. Not below 1200, but... There is probably not just one thing that will help you get better. Some suggestions... (1) Keep practicing, preferably at slower time controls. (2) Analyze your games afterwords. Preferably, if you play in person, analyze your games with your opponent. If not, use a chess engine. (3) Occasionally do puzzles. Puzzle rush is fun, but I think slower is probably better. (4) Study some basic endgames. Make sure you know how to checkmate with Q+K vs. K, R + K vs K. Study some basic K + P vs K endgames. Some can be won, and some are drawn. Learn how to recognize which is which and how to convert the win or hold the draw. You should be able to find applicable videos on YouTube for each of those endgame situations. Good luck.

Well done! That's probably a much more serious response than the OP was expecting, but then again, I've learned the hard way that a sense of humor is limited in modern society.

I need 1200 rated players and below to tell me how to get good. I suck at chess.
Don't try to understand it all, but try to understand what happened in the games you have played. Why did you lose, why did you win, why the engine says White or Black is better, and so on.
Think of it as how much benefit you can get per hour invested in the game, and the chances to apply what you're learning. For example, say you played Black in 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 f6. For a time you may get away with it until someone plays 3.Nxe5 fxe5 4.Qh5+ g6 5.Qxe5+ Qe7 6.Qxh8. Then you'll realize that 2...f6? allows a forced line with a double attack where Black loses material.
Before engines, you had to go to a chess club and ask a stronger player what could you have done instead. Nowadays the engines won't tell you "a forced line with a double attack" but at least will show the lines. From there you have to develop an explanation which will serve you in the future. And if your explanation isn't accurate enough, eventually someone stronger will "clarify" it for you in a game, and will make you a better player.

Study and keep your head up, concentrate and focus on the game.
Know that you need to constantly revise and perfect your endgame, middlegame and opening play so that you can play the best games and be familiar with the play.
You just need to study more and play more and see where it gets you, by now considering your are 2000 in blitz on this site, you have some good understanding of blitz and the game itself.
Here is what you need to know(probably know already):
All the basic and advanced checkmates
Have Good opening repirtoire that you are elite with
Have a great understanding of the opening, middlegame and endgame,
Have good or decent intuition in small time situations, such as bullet or 3-5 minute blitz
Have a good positional and tactical understanding
Have even better analyzing skill and great knowledge of evaluating positions and understanding why a move happens then what is played(basically the thought behind the move over the looks, even though sometimes if someone does a crazy move it is shocking, like what Tal or Bobby Fischer did in their time.)
Be comfortable in your skill and ablility and be confident but not overconfident(if you don't believe in yourself your going to lose, if you do you have higher chances to win and concentrate during the game.)
There are a multitude of things you need to master both in the game, mentally and physically. Just figure out your strengths and weaknesses and continue from there.
If you truly want to get to 2200 you going to get there, but if you don't have the dedication you probably not, it is something that I hate to say but it is very true.
I am pretty sure if most people have the grind they can make it to good levels, now everyone's peak will be different but what you have to understand is that if you don't work for it then it will mostlikely not happen, so you have to play, study and continue to analyze strengths and weaknesses in your games to understand how you can improve.
