I've seen congrandolor and woollen make real posts, so they're fine even if their one word posts annoy me.
But if a mod sees anyone (like the 3 I mention) make lots of one word posts, I'd like that user to be muted. This includes the horde of children who frequent off topic forums (if I had my way).

It would have been better to say:
