On another site I gained 0.01 rating points for solving a puzzle correctly and I was very happy. Sadly my rating there is expressed only to 1 decimal place.

Generally speaking, "abc" will do the job. However, since it is a chess site with highly sensitive data you might even want to consider "abcd".

maybe add a "z" to throw them off

Or a "J".

Perhaps "z" is too common.

I still can't tell how many people here are serious.

If you take a zero and multiply that by zero and you get the answer, put it in the blank below:
