take the first letters from each of the words and add in the comma (if there is one): iptfamf,iw
Maybe change the o to a 0, a to 4 and/or i to a 1: 1ptf4mf,1w
Add an exclamation mark, full stop or question mark at the end: 1ptf4mf,1w?
There is my password guide. Note for the Mods: That is not a real password for anything, I just randomly created it as an example.
What is the safest password to use?

The safest password to use is a one with at least 10 letters. You should consider something irrelevant to you and very random, like skybutterflypawnH1grass or something (but don't use that). You could also consider something with multiple * or #, %,!,@,),(,-,_,+,=, etc. Well, only if chess.com allows stuff like that

hmm on my suitcase I do my library card PIN
