This is possibly another troll thread. However, strong passwords contain a minimum of upper case, lower case, and numbers or special characters, as well as character minimums. They do not contain anything that might be easy to guess, such as your name, birthday, etc.
I would search elsewhere for any additional suggestions, then remove this post, as I will probably be reporting it soon.
