Would a moderator be useful for comments in daily puzzle and why?

Daily puzzle is widely popular and interesting especially with comments from a lady. Other puzzles tools are available at chess.com but the difference is that comments are allowed. Any moderator needed?

Moderators check Daily Puzzle comments and those can be downvoted and reported if needed.

Great news although consequences seem minimal, aren't they?

Consequences are based on the exact problem and member history.

Nice @martin_Stahl, but when you see that Donkey has 4 posts everyday asking for friends or Mousamchess... the number of people stating easy or done, it appears that chess.com´s tolerance is very high, isn´t it?

Although, I conceal that moderator is a tough job, especially considering the surprising stupid comments of people playing on chess.com. I always thought that a chess player had a better chance to be educated or smart...

Why do our comments get downvoted so badly? It's not our fault so many players are bad at chess.

Being a bad player isn't the issue Sir, after all we are all bad players compared to a better one.  Luckily a bad player isn't necessarily a spammer; good players can also be spammers:

Verbal Abuse
Racism
Violence / Threats
Sexual Harassment
Inappropriate Avatar or Username
Spamming

Finally, the moderator is getting visible on the daily puzzle thread, a good start, as I suggested. I hope this will help to reduce debilitating comments. Thank you chess.com

Finally, the moderator is getting visible on the daily puzzle thread, a good start, as I suggested. I was hoping this will help to reduce debilitating comments. Unfortunately, I rejoiced too early. 90% of comments are truly appalling.

I stupidly thought that chess was played by intelligent people. Well not quite or no more...
