Some years ago I found this early Mädler chess clock in working condition. The clock is probably from the „Schachhaus Mädler“, a known chess shop in Dresden, Germany.
Manfred Mädler was an international correspondence chess arbiter, and this is exactly what is written under the clock (Internationaler Fernschachschiedsrichter). He was (and proud still is) also a chess collector with very nice chess clocks
