Anybody knows website(s) where you can download ANNOTATED games (for free)? I just need a handful of games either by opening or by player.

if you have chessbase then Rsva's way works however if you don't then you can study them online instead of downloading them.I don't think you can download them without chessbase into pgn

Chessbase Reader is free, as is Chessbase Light. No need for Chessbase.

I just got Chessbase reader and converted .cbv files into pgn's. Cool... let me see if I can find Chessbase Light
