I've purchased a couple Rechapados Ferrer boards from chessets.co.uk:

I think it's free shipping inside the UK but even to California it was reasonable. They were also very responsive and helpful via email.

They no longer ship to US but many of my colleagues have and they have consistently been quite happy.

Official Staunton is a good place to buy from. Carl is a good guy who tries to do right by the customer. I bought one set from him. There were some minor issues and Carl went above and beyond. It was a Cooke set and it is still one of my favorites.
