The MonRoi has enough security built in to prevent any attempt at cheating. The eNotate is another issue as that runs on a pda which can do more than just take chess notation.
Do you think MonRoi and eNotate should be allowed in tournaments?

I read that article as well. Unless you could figure out a way to positively prevent cheating, I don't think they should be allowed. Is it really so hard to just write your moves down with a pen?
