The pre moves ruin the game in bullet, absolutely no skill whatsoever in only winning cause you've made the opponent lag while taking 0.1 per move , it's humanly impossible to make those moves over the board so why is it a thing in online chess, chess. Com should make it a more of fair fight, a level playing field other wise there's no sporting integrity and it just comes down to who has the fastest connection and won't lag rather than actual chess skills

It should not say reset unless you have a Conditional move or line set.

I don't play Daily anymore, so can't get screenshots but the following article has some.

I contacted support again , Now they say it will be 1 to 3 days

I asked for human contact. I'm at the library computer and tried the pre-moves.

It failed again. I believe they blocked that feature on my account.

Support should be called something else, like NON-SUPPORT.

It's been several weeks now SUPPORT hasn't contacted me yet.

I'm playing without pre-moves . . .

In two days it will be a month of waiting for support to contact me.

I have only two more games to finish then it won't matter.

Then I will focus on bowling three times a week in leagues, my memoir writing and creating a book for my family inheritance. I will be 88 on December 14th. this year.

i DIDN'T ask anyone to test. I said that my account won't allow me to use it because it won't turn.
