chess today is delivered in pdf/pgn format (cbv is available too, which obviously doesn't help you). I don't think there's anything else available.

Wow, it's $60 per year! (45 Euros). Surprised I was thinking of something like $15 to $20 per year.

You can get BCM (British Chess Magazine) through Amazon, for your kindle. reads nicely in the iPad kindle app.
