Chess software for OS X Lion?

I run all the standard pc chess software using parallels and windows on my macpro and my air. I also have scid, xboard, deep shredder, and hiarcs versions on the mac, but they don't really work any better than running the windows version.
I have a mac pro 12 core and an 11in 1.8 ghz air. I run windows 7 under the newest version of parallels. Chessmaster grandmaster edition works perfectly on this setup on both machines. I also have ChessBase, Deep Fritz 12, Fritz 12, Deep Rybka 4, Deep Hiarcs, Fritz 13, Chess Mentor, CT-ART, Houdini Pro 2, Aquarium, Chess King, Bookup, Chess Position Trainer, Chess Informant Expert, Think Like A King, and Chess Trainer Level 1.
Any of the chess engines that run through the Fritz interface have the most versatile training options. Attack training, defense training, openings, tactics training, and friend mode where it get stronger as you play it. Of these Deep Shredder (or just Shredder) feels the most human to me on the mac and pc versions.
The mac gui Deep Shredder does not have as many training options as the Fritz shredder version, but they play about the same.
I don't play that many games, but all that I have tried work perfectly under the newest parallels version where they increased the allowable video memory you can allocate.
I use ChessBase and Fritz more than any of the others.
