chess960 e-sets or palm progs?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of any electronic chess sets or palm programs or possibly cell phone programs that can play chess960?

I'm aware of software like fritz, and I know that I could probably play it with a dgt chess set, but i'm looking for something that travels, something I can use on a trip without taking a computer with me.  I checked all the electronic chess set lines, and can't find any that offer 960....I thought a palm program would do it, but as far as I can tell pocket fritz hasn't been updated that far....and cell phone programs are mostly a joke , so forget that I guess.

I wondered if any electronic chess set could be jury rigged to play 960?  most can be set up to have any board position.....I wonder though what they would make of the castling rules...I can almost see a chess set letting me castle the 960 way, but I couldn't imagine the program itself doing it for its own advantage, and if it can't then it ain't fair.
