Not true. It is working for everyone else. The problem is at your end. You probably just need to sign in to Lichess on the app.
Chessnut issue
You should contact Chessnut e-mail support at contact@chessnutech.com. They will explain to you the exact steps you need to perform in order to get lichess working for you again.
You should first ‘bind’ your account in the Chessnut app with your Lichess account. You can do that in the Chessnut app. Having done that you can connect easily with Lichess and play on Lichess with your Chessut board.

It is now March 2026 and this issue still exists. After playing for about a month on my Chessnut Pro I am now unable to connect and play on Lichess. Chess.com works fine. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling my New Chessnut App on my laptop. That's about the only thing I know how to do without worrying about screwing up something else.
I have the same problem if I use New Chessnut on my IPhone or my IPad Pro.
It doesn't look as if anyone on this thread has found a solution either. I've uploaded a video for the Tech Support at Chessnut to look at. (I'm not sure how watching the board fail connect will give them any more information than my telling them the board fails to connect.)
If there's a solution, you'd think Chessnut would have it. From what I'm reading on this site, I'm certainly not the first to have this difficulty.

Chessnut does have a solution, I've seen it posted on FB and Reddit. If you contacted chessnut support, they should explain to you what you need to do, or you can do your own search to find the solution. Have searched Lichess forums for the solution?
In IOS (iPhone, IPad) App click on your account name (you will get the User Info page) and bind the app with your Lichess Account.
I checked and the New Chessnut App and it is bound to Lichess. So that's not the problem, apparently.
It is now over one month that I cannot connect to lichess platform via my chessnut app. It seems chessnut has removed lichess from its app completely.
