I can't help you by answering your question about the program you are looking for, but do you mean you're looking for something that doesn't only record the moves for you, but also says them out loud? I'm curious as to why you would want such a program, if it even exists, which I do not know.
Anyway, your question really makes me think of a particular scene in the first Harry Potter movie... have you seen it? I'm referring to the "Live" chess scene, where Harry, Ron and Hermoine were playing on a life-like chess board. In that scene, they each took a piece's place (they played as black) and "directed" the other pieces by saying things such as "Rook to d6!"
Because I live in a household that doesnt have much interest in learning chess and because my schedule is a bit too tight to learn new chess players, I have a question that regards voice commands (explains the topic titel).
I played several games with human-players and I noticed that I really enjoyed those games over the games I play with my laptop. I ussually find myself more immersed in the 'human-game' and I think this maybe has something to do with the physical pieces that you play with. I feel like I'm more involved in the puzzles and have a better grasp of the game when I play physical chess games. I'd like to replicate this by using a software that recognises voice commands like Rb4 and says its own moves out loud too. I can then replicate the opponents move on a physical board. The question that remains is ofcours: 'Which programs give me this capability and how to use them?'
I'd really appreciate your help and sorry for the lengthy post.
