Design name of this chess pieces please !?

Yes this is a Staunton set, as opposed to an Edinburgh, St.George etc.
It appears to be a very recent Jaques reproduction set, and seems to be relatively low quality, and therefore low value.

Why is this low quality?

Don't know whether I'd say low quality, it's definitely better looking than your average 30 dollar knockaround set. I think it's a fierce knight design, either from CB or some othere retailer.

Sorry, I meant a low quality reproduction, it’s a decent set by itself, and as you say better than most out there

This Staunton like design goes by the name ”Fierce Knight” on most sellers' sites. On Chess Baron sites though is called many names like ”Ami Elizabeth Staunton” or ”Sinead Staunton”. They consider this design a luxury one. May be...may be not.
The point is that is a contemporary design inspired by the classic Staunton so not very authentic and without a particular history. But it looks good displayed on the board and is a very decorative set, though not the ideal one for play. I own a version of it to.

I'll have to chime in on this one. Back in 2017, I was moving to west palm beach, while going through my mountain of collected junk, I cam across a small note card box which I had a set of chessmen. It got me BACK to being interested in chess, went online and found so many beautiful sets of chessmen. I came across a guy by the name of Rick Knowlton of ancientchess.com, he had a wonderful set for sale that he had in one of his videos, I bought it for around 140.00. That is the exact same set as you have pictured above only mine had the ebony wood. When I got it, I was blown away from the exacting detail and perfect polish on the wood. The boxwood was a cream, khaki color, like OVERLY black coffee with 1/2 and 1/2 added to town it down---that color. Since then, I've purchased about 5 sets mostly the 1849-50 Cooke style in the 4.5" format. Love the rooks and bishops in that style and the knigs have the slightly rounded style crowns. I've been playing with a few close friends over the phone by texting moves and playing on my few different boards, rotating the different sets of chessmen... I'm in a game now using the set which match the one above, its heavy weighted, leather pads and its absolutely amazing to play with. I do believe the set posted here looks to be of very good quality, the pieces look perfect. I was interested in finding the name of the set I had bought and looked back on my emails from 2017 and the invoice didn't mention a name so I started looking online and found a set exactly like mine.... it was named Ami Elizabeth Staunton – Acacia Chess Set and found it here https://www.chessbaron.com/product/X2006/
Is this staunton? Yes? No? Why (I mean how can you tell).
Do this pieces have a name? I know some do, like Sankt Peterburgs, Dubrovnik etc....
