Do DGT Boards Work Properly On Chess.com?

Before I spend a significant amount of money on a DGT board, I am hoping someone can definitively let me know if they consistently work properly on Chess.com.

Upon reading DGT's news post about interfacing their boards with Chess.com (https://www.digitalgametechnology.com/index.php/news/599-chesscom-online-chess), I was initially optimistic about getting one, but the nontrivial number of issues posted by users in the forums and DGT club (https://www.chess.com/club/dgt-chess-club) suggest using the boards here is problematic. However, some of those issues appear to be a result of user error, such as not using the DGT LiveChess software as per the instructions etc. So without me having a board, it's difficult to know how stable the interface with Chess.com actually is.

Edit:

Using a PC with Windows 10.

Yes just remember not to slide the pieces, you probably want to use an increment with 10 sec or more

That's good to hear.

It’s not working on a Mac, at least at the moment. I did not try Windows. I hope there will be a solution because I’d like to play against the bots using the board. Read the posting from Amit in this discussion board (unofficial app), he is trying to develop a working app.

I neglected to mention I have a PC with Windows 10. I hope the issues Apple users are currently experiencing get resolved in a timely manner.

The increment is that you have to move your opponents pieces serious OTB games use 90 min + 30 sec increments, and sliding the pieces will sometimes activate a square before you reach the destination square
