I think they are plastic sets that are commonly used in Russia. I don't know who makes them or sells them. I've just seen them used in other YT videos of games and tournaments that are played in Russia.

The unstable, shake and wobble of those unweighted plastic pieces is hilarious. I wonder if they intentionally used those pieces in this friendly game to keep it fun.

probably, but i would like to know the style so i can search for a higher quality version. it also wouldn't be too much work to weight them myself
