Hello all! While I'm sure this has been discussed elsewhere, I don't really have the energy to go searching and, lets face it, who doesn't like sharing their favorite stuff? Right?

I'm hoping to find a few good books that specifically discuss the Italian Game, theory and common variations. Any recommendations are welcome. I've read Logical Chess by Irving Chernev and find his style of writing and teaching very helpful. The move by move explanations, while redundant, have helped me to internalize core concepts. Unfortunately, he only has three examples of this opening, and I'd like to dive a bit deeper. Any and all recommendations are welcome, though I'd be particularly interested in resources similar in approach to the Chernev. Thanks in advance!
