Fritz 9, engine off by default

I use Fritz 9, 80% of the time as a manual analysis board.  I know how to switch the engine off, but every time I load a new position the engine starts up again.  Very annoying.  Is there a way to have the engine off as default, so that it only comes on if I switch it on?

I guess you could go to Engines -> Engine Management -> Active Engines, and make everything inactive.

Alex, good idea.  I read that and thought, that will probably work.  Moved all the engines to inactive.  But darn, I start a new game and the 5.32 engine starts running.  Wierd.  Any other ideas out there?
