Thanks to Elon Musk, Niemann will be forever associated with vibrating anal beads. I think he's been punished enough.

Neimann didn't just cheat in a few games, but rather scores. His failure to be forth coming, hostility at being outed and failure to take accountability are hall marks of sociopathy. He didn't make a mistake or a bad decision, he engaged in a methodical, long-drawn-out campaign of cheating, then lied about it. That is a textbook example of sociopathy, which by the way, has no upper or lower age limit---one can be a sociopath at 7 or 70. He "looks, swims, and quacks like a duck".

I hope you remember this when your daughter gets kicked out of school for cheating in a test.

Id say under like 15-16 there should be forgiveness, but Niemann knew what he was doing, he cheated at 13, forgivable, but not ok, and then he cheated again at 16, and thats what i think is wrong

It's not about his age when he cheated, but rather his response when he was finally outed in 2022. At 19 he was still denying he had ever cheated. Rather than just being forth coming and admitting the fault, he acted like a victim and entitled bully. It is an example of the Streisand Effect. It was his response, as an adult, to getting caught cheating, that got him labeled as untrustworthy.
