Chess is a good game, but that's not often you see something that is really new. The last big change I am aware of are the chess engine (I still remember when no computer could beat strong human and it was supposed to stay like this forever) and the online play/web site. The online having IMO the biggest impact.
Camille is nowhere near those revolution but still, that's the first time to the best of my knowledge that you can control an engine to such an degree.
I will have to continue to post game with different bot showing other example of way we can control the bot :-).
Goliath only move on protected square except when it takes a piece. Quite a good training bot for beginner who usually move on unprotected square all the time.

The opening middle game are usually normal looking as moving only on protected square will give you solid play in most case and there are many opportunities to capture pieces.
The end game are where you can beat the bot by exploiting its limitation, if too many exchange took place, the number of protected square is drastically limited. The end game are usually quite intense to watch.
On the first game, the knight position was crucial in allowing goliath to win, as it was allowing for crucial movement.
On the second game the knight was useless as the only allowed square = capture by a pawn.
Interesting to note :
Here the rule is for every pieces all the time, but it could have been only for selected pieces, limited to X number of move, or limited by many other conditions.
Exploiting the rule a 1500 elo can probably beat goliath 2500 el by going for aggressive exchange.
If playing on same rule mode (the only legal move are the one permitted by the rule/exception) , I highly doubt a 2800 elo human could beat a 2000 elo goliath , push for a draw certainly , beating it ? Not a chance.
