Good books on planning creation

So I read silmans books on planning but the problem is his books show position that have imbalances my problem is I don't know how to create something out of nothing. When there are weakness in a position I can find a plan with not much problem.

So any good books on creating plans from scratch? Right from the opening and midlegame but without memorization.

I think it tends to come out better if you include some inflation at the beginning. Oh, wait. Never mind. Anyway, here are some possibilities for middlegame help:
