You didn't look very hard. Google gives a link to a game taken from it, along with the information that it's a German book from the 1920s, Schnell Matt: 700 Kurze Brillante Schachpartien. The title you gave is the English translation (of the title, not the book). Abe.com has only one copy, however.

On page 94 of Irving Chernev and Fred Reinfeld's "Fireside Book of Chess" (Simon and Schuster - New York, 1949), mention is made of a book entitled "Quick Mate! 700 Short, Brilliant Games of Chess". (No author or editor's name is given.) I would very much like to locate a copy of this book, but, if Google is any indication, all record of it seems to have vanished off the face of the earth. So I was just wondering: has anyone here ever seen or heard of a copy? If so, where?
