Why don't you post the clock and if I have a broken one like it
I can share the parts. . . .
Finding "new" parts is highly unlikely. In Europe there are several clocks with the same or very similar design marketed under different names (eg revanche, bhb, ...).
Maybe you could get measurements on the glass/flags of these from members who have one so that you can expand your search to not only a broken/cheap Rolland for the parts.
@AMurderOfCrows, I would seek someone via these forums or Etsy for 3D printing a replacement. I suspect you'd need to remove/send the remaining flag for dimensions, color matching, et cetera, but I'm confident this is the most feasible and cost-efficient solution. For replacement glass, I would take the clock to a local watchmaker.
Hello folks
Many years ago, i was gifted an analog chess clock made by APFyRolland. I love this thing and i tended to bring it pretty much everywhere.
One day i discovered the glass on the right side had broken. Somehow i was able to keep the flag there for a long time, but eventually that too was lost in a move.
Fast forward 12+ years and i pulled the old clock out. I see all these new digital clocks with all their features, but i really liked analog clocks for bughouse especially. So, i'd like to try to get a replacement flag and front glass for my unit.
Searching has been less than stellar so far. Does anyone know where i could go?
