Hiarcs has been one of my heavily-used chess software. One of its features has been Opening Explorer, which searched GM & GM+ game databases. I've used these several years. Recently these databases were dropped & Opening Explorer comes up empty.
I've been unable to contact them. hiarcs@hiarcs.com will not come up. They say nothing about this on their website. Has anyone else had this experience ?
