How bad is this?

It wasn't even really about saving money. I was just browsing the site, ran across this and figured all vinyl boards are pretty much the same. But only saving a few dollars, waiting weeks for delivery instead of days and then getting, at least what I think, is not typical of a good vinyl board. Lesson learned.
I picked up a vinyl board on a direct from China site. Took 3 weeks for delivery and I probably only saved a few bucks over a traditional site. I don't have a lot of experience with these boards, I know they're not works of art but I thought this was pretty bad.
