How do you open/import pgn games into Rybka?

I am used to using Arena where you can just drag and drop pgns onto the main screen. I tried doing that with Rybka and it does not do that. Currently, I do not even know how to open pgns in general. I looked in the manual and it does not say how. Can someone please help me out.
