That's the thing. You can't. There are very few online sell announcements for these chess sets per year (maybe 2/year) and they usually disappear in minutes. If you wanna spend few times more money than the sets are worth, probably you'll find someone to sell it to you at the price of a second hand car .
How to find Noj set?

There's a few listed here: http://www.fekali.com/collection/
It's probably best to monitor ebay. FYI, here's a list of past auctions: https://www.worthpoint.com/inventory/search?query=noj+chess
You may also notice Staunton Castle popping up when you search for NOJ chess. That's because SC purposely include "NOJ" in their description. It's a technique called "keyword stuffing" to trick the search engine. Here's what I mean from their ebay description...

It's a good idea to get on the waitlist sooner rather than later even if it's a long time away. I've had to wait 3-4 years in the past for other products (unrelated to chess sets), and eventually time does its thing and your turn always comes up.

Unless you get lucky and find one second-hand, then you'll have to join the waiting list. Given NOJ's price point, though, their sets are likely to be in the hands of moderately serious collectors and so won't come up for resale particularly often. Even if the spouse makes them slim down their chess collection it's likely that the NOJ will be one of the last offered up for sale. And in light of the wait time for a new set, a second-hand NOJ that's available right now will probably cost more than a new one, as ddragos says above.
I spent several months this year thinking that there was no point signing up to the waiting list because it was so long and I might as well wait for the time to be reduced once the current boom died down. Then I realised that this made absolutely no sense whatsoever, so I joined the list. I can now sleep more easily knowing that I've mentally (although not actually) reserved a NOJ set and will get one as soon as possible.
If you have your heart set on a NOJ, get on the list and get yourself another set in the meantime: NOJ doesn't take a deposit so it doesn't cost you anything. You can always sell that set when your NOJ finally arrives if you don't have space for two.

Well said. And you are right, if your turn comes up and you don't want it, you can really just turn around and sell it for more than you paid, if this hype keeps up!
Where can I find Noj set without waiting until 2025 for it to be made?
