I bought "How to Play Good Opening Moves" during my trip to London. According to Amazon the book is supposed to contain 144 pages but my copy only has 136 pages. Would anyone please check how many pages it should be?

i dont think many people will play 2... h5 on your first example. Nf6 would be my choice.

Pedro, you have a very basic grasp of the chess world. I don't think any reasonable player would play those opening moves.

I think Pedro might be trolling.

The line 1.e4 e5 2.d4 d5 is actually quite interesting. I have played it as white a few times when i was playing the move order 1.e4 e5 2.d4 (intending to play danish gambit, goring or scotch gambit whislt avoiding the russian defense of course.).

Has anyone had to play against this system or know anything about it? I use a line provided by Alburt/Dzindzi book; white openings explained. 3.Nf3!?

Oh by the way, i dont see the point of 3.Bd2 at all as shown by pedro.
