Hey QC2003, that’s a tough ride for sure - I hope you have friends and family to support each other through your Mum’s passing and through you and your partner’s I’ll health. Perhaps too, sojourns to this forum and other interests that you may have can give your mind a rest from the day to day. In part, that what chess and other interests do for me - balance the speed of life with some slower more contemplative pursuits.
