House of Chess sells a copy of the 820.40 Drueke. I own one and I enjoy the set. HoC's Pawns & Knights are slightly different but the rest of the set is quite spot on in copying the original design. Not to mention you get extra Queens with the set.
Is this set really a Drueke?
I had a couple of these and can also verify this is a drueke set, But one set can vary in size from another! Just bit bigger and chunkier.

Made this account to say that it may be a Drueke Co (by Carrom) set but Drueke games never made wooden pieces.
Source: Check out my last name 😉 also, my father was production manager for original Drueke and and has restarted the company.

They may not have turned a wooden set but they did sell it under the Drueke name and set number. So yes I would consider it to be a Drueke set. Since you couldn't trace the actual maker of the 820.40. That company didn't sell it under their logo or product number. So we are only left with Drueke.
Again you keep following me. I talk about products, and chess but you keep talking about me and individuals which means nuisance and attention-seeking.
I will continue reviewing chess products, commenting on chess opening, middlegame and endgame, master players and anything related to chess. You can read them and learn and if you do not want to read them ignore. And, do not talk about any individual on here again and make matters personal. I do not talk about any individual on here only products and chess and this trend will continue and I will not respond to any hecklers and attention-seeking nuisance.
Blah, blah, blah,.
Troll alert. This guy used to be called Stauntonmaster.
He will brag about stuff he "owns" but never produce any proof he owns any of it when asked to show his stuff. Any of us will gladly post pictures of our chess stuff when asked.
He will hijack threads and turn them to his own topic (such as this Drueke wooden one where he has tried to turn it into a thread about plastic pieces).
Just wanted people to know and I will continue to point it out when he tries to hijack threads and change them or post incorrect information about stuff.
