Just tested another USB-C cable as well, but no change.
Issue with DGT Smart Board?

Ooh, I might've figured this out! I had a wireless charger sitting pretty close to the board that I think was causing the issue.

Looks like this was officially the issue... also, I received this message from DGT this morning, (in case anyone else experiences similar issues in the future):
"Great to hear it’s working again.
If there are certain adapters or chargers nearby they can indeed interfere with the board. Just like when the board is on a metal table, that will cause problems."
Hello all,
I received a DGT Smart Board as a Christmas gift from the family this year, and have been struggling to get it to work properly... I've written DGT support, but I'm wondering if someone might be able to confirm whether or not this behavior is normal.
I've been playing in Fritz 14 (a copy was included with my board) and randomly my game will stop.
In the video below, you can see that when monitoring the board with the DGT RabbitPlugin, a white rook flashes randomly about the board. I'm wondering if this is the cause of my problem, or if it's normal behavior.
I've tried various things such as using different USB ports on my computer, clearing and setting the board up again, playing with/without a DGT3000 connected to the board, etc.
Clearing the board seems to at times stop this for a brief period of time, but eventually it always starts up again.
Thank you for any help you're able to provide.
