Issue with the chess.com shop

I'm not sure it is because i'm outside the USA or it's the place to write this here but...

I'm planning to buy several chess videos on the chess.com shop. I'm making sure to exclusively buy products with Immediate Download

The main problem is when I have to fill the shipping address when checking out. As I write earlier, I just buy products with Immediate Download so the whole shipping address matter should not be included since I'm not buying physicals DVDs or Whatnot. Instead, I keep having this message (Unfortunately one or more items in your cart can't be shipped to your location. Please choose a different delivery address.) This either force me to take the physicals DVDs (Which I don't want), or I can't buy nothing at all. I'm having this issue for everything I want to buy with Immediate Download.

So is there any others way to bypass that whole shipping matter? Or some others methods I don't know?

Please enlighten me!

Thanks

I would send in an email to  the House of Staunton, since they are the ones operating the shop.
