Hi I am looking for a chess board that I can play online with and learn.

ChessUp by BryghtLabs has caught my eye.

I have 2 young kids 7 and 11 and it looks good for them to learn on too.

Is it good or is there anything else that I should be looking at?

thank you for your help

1. "Gochess" by "Particula: "SquareOff" + "ChessUp" + "Chessnut Air" functionalities in one product.

2. "Chessnut Air Evo": "ChessUp" + "Chessnut Air" functionalities + integrated screen for not needing for unreliable bluetooth conection to be relied upon when playing online.

3. "Chessnut Air" basic, still extraordinary and mind-blowing. There is a full fledged tread on this one. Here it is: https://www.chess.com/forum/view/chess-equipment/chessnut-air-review?page=25

Tons of threads on the different available options. No need to repeat all that stuff.

Just do some research on this board.

E-ink micro display, offline and online (not sure) game, square markers (as on "chessUp").

BIG EDIT: "Gochess" by "Particula" exclusevly and nothing else. Self-moving pieces are big factor of fun which adds on functionality of not-self moving pieces by "ChessUp"... On the other hand, "ChessUp" has more different colors which could engage but self-moving pieces are too much of a factor of not just fun.

I'm happy to answer questions on the Chessnut Air if you like. I literally got it a few days ago and have been playing with it a lot.

There is no reason in buying "ChessUp", hinted couch colors are something stupidiest ever, serves no purpose for teaching it is not bycicle for putting additional wheels.
I raised from 800 to peak 1238 in year and half and took "revenge", one by one, now they hate they must respect me all the ones who silently laughed at first, no, now they are deadly serious what's my next move but they don't know one fact, they are in my chess matrix already for the long time. If you ask which board is the best, it's "chessnut air" but if you ask which way is the best, even little magnetic cheap board will be the best, now stop being pathetic.

Say, life is beautiful, we're living in the most expensive country in europe, after your country, of course. What's the point? There's not one, life simply continues, with stoic, manly mindset.

If you want to ask people with a ChessUp - we just formed a club https://www.chess.com/club/chessup-1You can join and ask members there. No one answering above in this thread actually owns a ChessUp.
Several use it as a family board. It has features for online play and standalone play. Plus the touch sense tech is great for both fast online play and also training/teaching beginners. ChessUp was designed for use by the entire family while most other boards are quite limited in use for kids/beginners. I am one of the owners of the company - so I would encourage you to ask others that are actually customers and get their fair perspective.
ChessUp is also the fastest at movement recognition. It plays online quicker than any other platform. So if you play blitz or rapid you will enjoy the benefits of touch sense. You can slide and handle the pieces very naturally and it knows the instant you let go to finish the move. ChessUp also has full fill lights. Many other boards have a single point LED and it can be covered by an off center piece.
But again - ask real customers and get their input - best place to ask is in the ChessUp club group.

The possibilities by the ChessUp of training on your best openings, endgames and so on, "supervised" by a smart "in-built instructor", are invaluable and potentially endless. In addition to that, the board does look great and feel great, even pieces are awesome. BryghtLabs support is getting better and better and while 3rd party support is somewhat missing, being a relatively new product, I'm sure it will improve overtime. Highly recommend it.

They from "ChessnutAir", when contacted them directly, claims they deliver directly to my country via China. So I'm supposing your board is for official EU and NATO members only, as "SquareOff"?
