Looking for info on chess manufacturers.

Hi everybody, I am very interested in finding out more information about the known (or unknown) chess manufacturers from different countries. Probably the most known one is Wegiel in Poland. But I am aware there are one or two chess manufacturers in Spain. I don't even know where House of Staunton pieces are actually made, nor the modern Jacques are made. Do they just contract out craftsmen in unknown areas of Northern India where the Sikhs make them?

Anyways, if you have more info on this. Maybe some site that shows who exactly makes them and where I'd really appreciate some links.

HOS mainly made in India with a few new offerings made in Europe per their 2016 catalog. Jaques made in India to their standards. Hope this helps.!

Thanks. I am aware that many sets are contracted to craftsmen who are mostly in Northern India and Punjab. There is virtually no info about them specifically unfortunately. But I am looking for some info on European manufacturers similar to Wegiel or BCE. There are pictures and videos from them. But there have to be more, right?

I have no issue with Indian manufacturers. I actually always feel bad that the actual people who make them may be cheated by the middlemen who sell the chess sets and pieces to the world. But, oh well. Maybe I'll take a look if I travel to India sometime.
