Millenium Chess Computer vs DGT Electronic Chess Board

I really regret buying a DGT.
Finally, after a lot of research, I play with Hiarcs and I find the Millenium products to be of better quality.
Recognising parts on a DGT, if you're not running Windows, is a real ordeal. Even under Windows, I've had to install obsolete drivers for this DGT electronic board and sometimes it doesn't work at all.
What's more, DGT is very expensive compared with Millenium.
This is undoubtedly a product aimed at a high-level professional audience.

The Chestnut Air has received many positive reviews and is worth considering.

You should definitely try the Chessconnect extension. This is a gamechanger for DGT boards. I'm not affiliated with this in any way - just a very happy user.

I had the Millenium T55, the build quality was rubbish. I prefer my DGT Smartboard. +1 for chessconnect!

Chessconnect works equally well under Mac and Windows, I've run it in both. Brilliant.
