So i have now played with Chessbase11 for a few weeks. I am sure i am not using it to its potential yet, however, it is great for creating separate databases of games for 1. The openings i like to play, 2. The mega db that i continually update with games, and 3. Analysis dbs of games i play. For analysis though, i separately load jp the fritz12 gui and use it to run deep rybka, houdini or fritz to perform game analysis on the games in my chessbase dbs. There is no good reason why chessbase11 shouldnt fully integrate the analysis functions in the fritz12 gui.... Other than the economics of selling a separate program of course.
