Chinese Chess (Xianqgi) set yes but International Chess I doubt it. Back in the day. Sets use to be made out of Bakelite. This would be the closest thing you would be looking for. Look on eBay for Bakelite Vintage chess sets. You might find what you are looking for.

Was looking for a new set made of urea or like what dominoes or backgammon pieces are made of but cant seem to find anything like that do they make sets like that or have they ever?
NImbalo,
As a manufacturer and distributor of chess sets, I can tell you that you will be hard pressed to find something made from Urea like dominoes are made from. 50 years ago, they were around but still rare.
KnightforksCafe is right, there was Bakelite pieces, but those are super rare and expensive. They stopped making those in the USA in the late 50's.
The set PB Kid is looking at is a Poly resin set. Everyone sells it. You can check them out here on my site through this link: https://amchesseq.com/collections/premium-chess-pieces/products/41542?variant=7213046038586
Honestly, for the price you will be paying for those you could get yourself a nice wood set that would last you longer and take more abuse.
But honestly it depends on how you are going to use them and if you are going to use them as a display piece, or use in blitz and tournament play.
If you need any help, just ask!
thanks

I didn't realize that Fisher set was poly. Of course once I saw the price on the Ultimate chess set I was set. It's unny people are still hung up on the color.
Hold the ultimate set in your hands and you'll be set.
