It was released in 1985 so doesn't have the latest tricks and trends. However it does provide a solid background for many variations. For an "overall" look, it's well suited.

The Gligoric book is built up around illustrative games (the focus is on enhancing the reader's understanding of the Nimzo-Indian) and subdvided into the individual variations, with the major ones getting a more thorough treatment (up to 15 games, but most are covered with six to eight each, if memory serves me right), while the minor variations has maybe two or three. Having said that, he does quote more games in the main games.
The book is available for download from Scribd (where you pay a monthly subscription of $8.99).
I have heard in other forums very high praise about S. Gligoric's book on the Nimzo-Indian. Can anybody please describe the book? Is just a ton of variations, or does it include a lot of general and in-depth ideas?
Thanks!
